The hotel location was convenient for shopping as it was close to a mall. the room and washroom were clean, but the blanket could have been cleaner. the hotel had facilities such as air conditioning, but unfortunately, there was no power supply at times.

The service was inadequate. Guests had to wait at the reception for over 50 minutes, and there was no one present to attend to their queries.
